Makers Empire's built-in assessment tools allow teachers to incorporate their assessments and feedback into the Makers Empire 3D app.
Challenge Courses completed in Challenge Central, and all teacher-created Design Missions are assessable.
Challenge Course Assessment:
Once a student has completed a Challenge Course in Challenge Central, they will see an hourglass icon and the words 'Waiting... Ask your teacher', meaning this is awaiting assessment.
2. In the Teachers Dashboard, go to Student Work > Challenge Courses > Progress Reports. You can then use the dropdown to the right of the student's name to assess their Challenge Course.
Teacher Mission Assessment
Missions allow teachers to create their own design challenges for students. There are 2 ways to assess the missions that teachers create.
Option #1. If you go to the View & Assess page and select Teacher Missions from the What to view dropdown.
You can then click on a design and fill out the assessment details, like this:
Option #2. If you go to the Teacher Missions page and visit My Missions or Makers Empire Missions tabs, you will be able to click on an assigned class to view the submissions for the Missions. These links will direct you to the View & Assess page.
