If a student forgets their password, you can easily find their existing password, or reset their password for them in the Teacher Dashboard.
Find a student's password
1. Log in to the Teacher Dashboard and go to Class Management > Classes.
2. Select the relevant class (or search by student's name if you don't know which class they're in).
3. Click the More options icon (three dots) and select Username & Password List. This will give you the username and password for every student in that class (keep it secure).
Reset a student's password
1. Log in to the Teacher Dashboard and go to Class Management > Classes.
2. Select the relevant class (or search by student's name if you don't know which class they're in).
3. Select the relevant student from the student list in the second column.
4. Click the More options icon (three dots) and select Reset Password.
