How do I join my students Planet?
If you want to join your student's planet from your device, you'll need to make sure you're signed into Makers Empire with your teacher account.
You can tell you're signed into your teacher account if the 'Teacher Dashboard' button appears in the top right of the screen.
Now that you're signed into the app, you should see a green portal in the world as seen in this screenshot.
Click the portal and your avatar should run over to it. A popup will then appear on screen asking you to enter a Planet code. This is where we need to find the Planet code for the Planet your students are currently using.
Each class will have their own unique code for each Planet they use. There are two ways to find the code you need.
Method 1: If your students are already on the Planet, they can bring up the code by opening the Planet settings. They can then show you the code to join the Planet.
Method 2: You can also get the Planet code from the teacher dashboard.
To do this, navigate to the teacher dashboard and then view the progress of the challenge course you are currently working through.
Click the Planets icon and then click the 'Planet Dashboard' button in the popup.
Once you're on the Planet dashboard, you can see the Planet code at the top of the page.
