Are you unable to find or install the Makers Empire 3D app on your Android devices? Your device might be outdated.

This article will walk you through the minimum system requirements for Android devices, and how you can check what version your device is.

Unfortunately due to app updates and new system requirements, the minimum version of Android we can support is 'Android 5.1'. This means that most Android devices made before 2015, are no longer compatible with Makers Empire.

How do I to check my system version:

To check what version of Android your device is running, please follow the guide bellow.

  1. Open up the settings app on your device.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the 'About Phone' or 'About Tablet' button (depending on your device type).

  3. Once you've opened the about section, you'll need to find the 'Android Version' section that will display your devices current version. (Please note that you might have an update available to you that could increase this version number)

Current Minimum Requirements

Currently, Makers Empire's minimum supported Android version is '5.1.0'.
If your device is a lower version number than that, you unfortunately won't be able to download and use the Makers Empire.

If you have any questions or require more information, please get in contact with us and we'll do our best to sort out the problem!
