If you visit our Online Users page in the Teacher Dashboard, and don't see some students that you would expect to be online, here are the most common reasons:
Student is using an account that is not connected to your school. Student has not entered their Class Code or logged in with their SSO (Google/Clever) account. Student can check if they are connected to your school via the Settings page in the Makers Empire 3D app and add a Class Code if necessary.
Student devices cannot access our servers, maybe due to firewall or networking restrictions from your IT department.
Student is working offline, and their device may not have an Internet connection.
