Some public schools in Queensland will need to explicitly request access to Makers Empire via the IT department, as it is blocked by default. If the students are Offline in the app, this is a common way to get users online.

Please submit a request for a per-school un-auth. You will need to:

  • Review Makers Empire within “Online Service Risk Review Catalogue” (Internal EQ catalogue for schools)

  • Request a school un-auth via the internal form

Then just keep following up with the Department of Education's IT team until they have installed/setup Makers Empire. Unfortunately we can't help you follow up with them as it is a school request (we've tried in the past).

If you would like to encourage the department to do this globally for all EQ schools to save others the inconvenience, please reference ticket UR00103163.
