If you have received the error message above, the most likely cause is a short or disconnect in the ribbon cable attached to the underside of the print bed. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and fix this issue.
Step 1:
Begin by ensuring the bed is raised to the top of the printer. You can do this with the 'Move' button.
Step 2:
Remove the ribbon cable cover from underneath the print platform.
Step 3:
Unclip both ribbon connectors, and clip them back in, ensuring they are seated firmly in place.
Step 4:
Re-attached the ribbon cable cover.
