Step 1.
Ensure you can access the top of the Print head (move via "Tools" > "Move" if necessary)
Step 2.
Begin by switching the printer OFF
Step 3.
Unplug the ribbon cable by gently lifting it up.
Push down on the tube connector and lift the tube up
Step 4.
Remove the bolt from the top of the print head.
Step 5.
Lift the top cover up from the front, and set it aside.
Step 5.
You have successfully opened the print head of your printer.
