Firstly, the Advanced module is only available in v5.0 of our software or later. You can check the version in the settings page of the Makers Empire app.

Secondly, the Advanced module is only available to subscribed and trial school students. If you have purchased our software and your student still cannot access the Advanced module, then it's likely the student has not attached their account to your school with a Class Code.

To confirm the account is attached to a school, on the Settings tab, you should see the school name in the My School section.

Finally, the user must complete Basic Training before they unlock certain features of the app, including the Advanced Module.
