Firstly, please remember that Print Check is only available in the Shaper module.

Students may possibly see the Print Check tab disabled in Shaper, like this:

This is because it has been explicitly turned off by a teacher at your school.

In the Teacher Dashboard, if you go to the Privacy & Integration Settings page, you will see an option for Number of print requests a student can make at once.

If this option is set to None, then the Print Check tab in the app will be disabled for all students.
