Makers Empire works beautifully on Chromebooks and all Android devices, but unfortunately it cannot be run on ChromeOS Flex.

As stated on Google's FAQ, "While Google supports Android apps on many Chromebooks, they‘re not supported on ChromeOS Flex devices."

Flex is an operating system that allows ChromeOS to run on any Mac or Windows device, but it is mainly aimed at users who only need a web browser.
