Sending your log file
Sending the log file is a super quick process that should only take a few seconds. The instructions below will walk you through it.
The most important thing to remember is that you need to trigger whatever issue you are encountering before you send the log file, otherwise the issue won't be shown in the log.
Trigger the issue you are experiencing
Navigate to the accounts tab
Go the settings panel
Click the 3 dots in the bottom right of the screen
Type in what your issue was in the popup, this makes it easier to match up the log file with your account, especially if we are already in communication via email/phone.
Click the green Tick to send the log file.
Once you have sent the log file, we'll get to work trying to sort out the issue for you.
