Makers Empire 3D is an app that must be installed on student devices, as it is not a website than can be loaded in a browser.
If you are running low on space, here are some suggestions:
Go to Settings > Device > Storage management to see what's using space.
Delete old files in Downloads
Remove unused apps in Settings > Apps > Manage apps and uninstall apps you don’t use.
Move Files to a Google drive or USB
Enable Storage Management Features. In Settings > Device > Storage management, enable options to free up space automatically.
